  • Bindle Coffee, Harmony Road and Jessup Farm. Andrew and Jenn Webb, who also run Bread Fellow, opened their first shop at Jessup Farm with the roasting, the baking and the cafe in one space. Andrew grew up in Fort Collins. The roastery and bakehouse now sits at 1833 East Harmony Road. Its signature dark roast, Jim's Dark Room, honors Grandpa Jim McCafferty, a chemistry professor who roasted at home in a machine he built from a shop vac, chicken wire and a popcorn popper.

Fort Collins' coffee story

Cafe Richesse Coffee Roasters is the long-timer. It has called Fort Collins home since 1993.

The Bean Cycle followed in 2004, when its roastery was founded as a small, local, family-owned business.

The newest honor went to one of the younger roasters. Lima Coffee Roasters, roasting in town since 2018, won a Gold Medal at the 2026 Global Coffee Awards, US and Canada edition, in the Filter Washed category.

Bindle shows how far a local roaster's money travels. Its merchandise is designed by its own baristas and printed by Pine Printshop, and its Harmony Road bakehouse makes its pastries and brunch from scratch.
