What we collect

• Your email address, when you start a club, send a gift, take the first bag offer or sign up for our emails.
• What you choose in the plan builder and the quiz (roast, style, grind, how often), and your first name and ZIP code if you give them.
• For an office quote: company, name, email, phone, team size, how often and your notes, as you type them.
• When you pay: your name, shipping and billing address and, for a gift, the gift note. Stripe collects these on its checkout page and passes them to us.
• The IP address a form was sent from, to stop spam and repeated sign-ups.

We keep these records while you are a member or on our email list, and delete them when you ask.

The site sets one cookie of its own, club_pop, so the first bag offer does not keep popping up. It runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.

How we use it

To answer you, to confirm your first box or gift by email before anything is charged, to send your box, and to send the club emails you asked for. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

When you pay, Stripe takes the card on its own checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent your information. The services that run the club see what they need to do their part: our hosting and database provider, Google for our email inbox, Stripe for payments, and the Colorado roaster that roasts and ships your bag, which gets your name, address and order.

Seeing or deleting your data

Write to coffee@fourteenercoffeeclub.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it.
