Their story
The company has roasted single origin coffees since 2020 and also sells brewing gear as an authorized retailer for several brands. Brayden is the head roaster and Dain directs the business, according to the team section of the story page. Green coffee comes from importers such as Genuine Origin and Coffee Shrub, and the roaster looks for lots scoring above 84.
The home page pitches the coffee to people who work from home, with two house subscriptions and a sampler of 100 gram bags. After a run of fraudulent card charges, the company stopped stocking most brewing gear online and now orders machines and grinders for customers on request. Its Table Blend starts from a washed Guatemala grown on farms led by women in Cubulco, in Baja Verapaz, and the decaf is a Colombian lot decaffeinated with a sugarcane process.
