- Jubilee Roasting Co., Kenton Street. It roasts and pours in a North Aurora warehouse the founder's father found in 2015, and its retail bags have been compostable since 2023.
- Glissade Coffee Company, Galena Street. The roastery cafe opened in March 2023 and roasts on a Diedrich IR 12 once or twice a week.
- Cafe Typica, Glendale. It buys microlots a bag at a time, so each one is gone when it sells out.
