Coffee in Pueblo
Pueblo coffee roasters are few, and one of them runs on sunshine. Solar Roast has roasted coffee with solar energy since 2004 and moved its roaster to Pueblo in 2007. Pueblo's coffee story
Solar Roast comes first in Pueblo's roasting record. It has roasted with solar energy since 2004, and in 2007 it moved its roaster east to Pueblo. That makes it the one roaster in town that Roast Local still files somewhere else.
Mane Brew Coffee is the newer name. It was founded in 2020.
