Their story
The Pueblo cafe roasts single-origin beans itself in small batches and serves breakfast and lunch alongside the coffee. All of the coffee is roasted at the main Broadway Avenue cafe, and the company sells its beans wholesale to other businesses. According to the About page, the founder picked Pueblo because of family roots and a fondness for small town life.
Food runs from breakfast burritos and avocado toast in the morning to lunch wraps, sandwiches and a soup, salad and sandwich combo. House-made drinks include a chai, a turmeric latte with cinnamon, cardamom and honey, and a lemonade flavored with peppermint and hibiscus.
What they roast
Roast levels run light and dark. House blends include Brazil Blend. Single origins on the list when we checked: Colombian Excelso, Nicaragua Cerro Mogoton and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.

Besides the Broadway Avenue cafe, the company runs a second counter inside Pueblo's Rawlings Library on Abriendo Avenue. One of its four mocha styles is made with green chile syrup, a nod to the region, while others use charcoal or cinnamon and cayenne.
