Their story

Two Loveland residents started the roaster to offer many coffees at different roast levels so buyers can shape their own cup. Each order is roasted on demand, and the roaster also offers custom blends and free local delivery. Both co-founders roast while holding other jobs: Lacey works as a co-responder in Northern Colorado and Eric is an industrial plumber.

The company says it buys coffee grown on smaller farms and pays the growers a fair price for it. A notice on its site says the coffee is prepared in a home kitchen, which is exempt from state licensing and inspection. Orders can be placed at any hour and are processed between 7am and 7pm, Monday through Saturday.
