Their story
Locally owned, the micro-roastery runs two full-service coffee shops and roasts each batch itself, also selling blends and seasonal coffees wholesale. The company later opened a second shop inside the Blue Sports Stable in Superior, while the original Louisville shop kept running. Bean orders are handled by email or phone, and buyers can choose curbside pickup or shipping; each shop has its own phone line.
Along with coffee, the company puts an emphasis on seasonal teas and treats, and both shops sell food and whole bean coffee as well as drinks.
