Their story
The veteran-owned roaster works in small batches in Pagosa Springs and sells beans online and to cafes, bakeries and shops. Beyond retail bags, the roaster offers wholesale pricing, custom blends and private-label roasting to cafes, restaurants and other businesses. The owners say the business grew out of a love of good coffee and of the Pagosa Springs community, and that they buy from ethical farms and cooperatives.
Its lineup covers Colombian, Ethiopian, Guatemalan, Kenyan and Papua New Guinea coffees, most at a medium roast, along with a Mexican decaf, sold mainly in 12 ounce bags. The Kenya is sourced from high altitude farms and roasted medium; the company describes it as bright and citrusy with berry notes and a wine-like acidity.

Roast levels run medium. Single origins on the list when we checked: Colombian, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Kenya and Papua New Guinea. Decaf: Mexican Decaf. Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.
