Their story
All roasting, packing and shipping happens at a small roastery in northern Denver. Its first home was Subjective Coffee in Westminster. Coffees are themed around fantasy tabletop role-playing games, with roasts named for character classes such as Druid, Paladin and Rogue. The idea came up around a tabletop gaming table, where the founders saw that fellow players were curious about coffee but found it intimidating.
Wholesale is aimed mainly at game stores, with discounts of up to 40 percent off retail, low order minimums and pickup options. Every bag is roasted after the order comes in, and most orders leave the roastery the next business day. Charity tie-ins with gaming and speedrunning events are common; one Frame Fatales bundle pledged $25 per sale to the Malala Fund.

The roastery has a coffee bar called the Tavern, open weekdays 8am to 4pm.
