Their story
The Colorado Springs company describes itself as a small batch roaster of estate coffees and Fair Trade Organic beans, and says it has been operating for close to 27 years. Its roasts run from light to dark, and the lineup also includes a coffee infused with CBD. The company says it relies on sustainable roasting practices meant to limit pollution while keeping flavor intact.
Beyond whole bean coffee, the shop stocks Torani and Monin syrups for cafes, and its espresso range covers Espresso SoCo, a white espresso and Italian-style Milano and Sicilian roasts.
